Thank you for visiting and shopping at Terramama! We are dedicated to delivering your postpartum care essentials quickly and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Free Shipping Over $75 CAD
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD.
- The Fine Print: To qualify, your cart total must be $75 CAD or more before taxes and after any promotional discounts or coupon codes have been applied.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
For orders under $75 CAD, or for accelerated shipping options, all shipping charges will be calculated and displayed directly at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days — Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days — Calculated at checkout
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Expedited Shipping Rules
- Cut-off Time: Orders requesting expedited shipping must generally be placed before 11:00 AM EST on business days to begin processing the same day.
- Peak Seasons: Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten warehouse processing times during high-volume periods or major sales events.
4. Preorders & Backorders
If your order contains preorder or backorder items:
- Your shipment may be delayed until all items are available to ship together.
- Alternatively, items may ship separately at our discretion.
- Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items will be clearly indicated on the product page whenever possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions (Canada Only)
- At this time, Terramama ships exclusively within Canada.
- We do not offer international shipping or cross-border deliveries.
6. Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory Canadian holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.
7. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the courier. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
8. Delivery Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot alter the delivery destination.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Terramama is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen during transit if the courier confirms successful delivery to the correct address.
- If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at info@terramama.ca so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
