Terramama Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Terramama! We thoughtfully design our postpartum care products to support your recovery. If your order is not quite right, we are here to help you resolve it quickly.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or store credit.
2. Strict Hygiene & Return Conditions
Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of postpartum recovery products (including disposable underwear, perineal sprays, gel packs, and sitz bath salts), items must meet the following strict criteria to be eligible for a return:
  • Unopened & Unused: Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Safety Seals Intact: Any product with a broken safety seal, opened box, or detached tags cannot be returned or refunded due to health regulations.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original order confirmation from Terramama must be included.
3. No Direct Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, product, or variation, please follow the return process for a refund on your original item. You can then place a new order for the correct product directly through our website at www.terramama.ca at any time. This ensures you get your new items as quickly as possible.

4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Our Error or Damaged Items: If we sent you the wrong product, or if your items arrived defective or damaged, Terramama will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can provide a prepaid return label.
  • Standard Returns (Change of Mind): For all other returns (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Terramama is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
5. Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
  • Cleared or discounted items marked as Final Sale.
  • Digital or physical Terramama gift cards.
6. How to Start Your Return
  1. Email Us: Send an email to our customer support team at info@terramama.ca stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review: Our team will assess your request. If it qualifies under our policy, we will send you the return mailing address and instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package your unopened items and send them back to us.
7. Processing and Refunds
Once your return package is received at our facility, our team will inspect the items to ensure the packaging and safety seals are intact.
  • Approval Notice: We will send you an email to notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the items.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please note it typically takes 3 to 10 business days for financial institutions to post the credit to your account.
