Are your products suitable for both vaginal and C-section recovery?
Yes — all Terra Mama products are suitable for both vaginal birth and C-section recovery. Some products (like the peri bottle and sitz bath soak) are especially helpful after vaginal birth, while others (like our gel packs and underwear) are perfect for both.
Are Terra Mama products safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formulas are dermatologically tested and free from harsh ingredients. The perineal spray and sitz bath contain soothing botanicals like witch hazel, cucumber, lavender, and calendula — known for their natural calming and cleansing properties.

Others are produced abroad under our strict specifications, then packaged and quality-checked in Canada to meet Terra Mama’s standards.

The kit is designed for the weeks following childbirth, but it’s also ideal during your period, after a C-section, or anytime your body needs gentle care.
What’s the difference between your hot/cold packs and those from other brands?
Our hot & cold packs are reusable, flexible, and long-lasting, designed to adapt to all sensitive areas. They provide quick relief using a non-toxic gel that holds temperature longer than typical packs. And unlike many brands, they come with soft cotton sleeve for extra comfort.
What’s the difference between your disposable underwear and regular pads?
Our bamboo disposable underwear combine the comfort of fabric with the protection of an absorbent product. Unlike regular sanitary pads, they fit like underwear, breathe, and hold up to **4 regular pads’ worth**, while remaining significantly thinner and more comfortable.
Are Terra Mama disposable underwear comfortable?

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Canadian facility (Québec). We ship across Canada with reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders within Canada arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on your province and carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Canada only. International shipping will be available soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
For hygiene reasons, postpartum products (underwear, peri spray, gel packs, peri bottle, sitz bath soak) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ll happily replace any item that arrives damaged. Please contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
If your order is defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. For unopened items, please contact us and we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis.
